"We have been with this agency and Statefarm for over a decade now. Needless to say, that is a lot to pack into a single post in a reasonable way so instead let me give you cliff notes: - Not the cheapest, but most certainly the easiest insurance experience from issue to resolution - Not the most responsive, but all issues or queries are resolved or addressed in a reasonable timeframe - Info is not always available at your fingertips, but you can get real, deeper answers for various 'whys' if you ask for it For any misgivings or issues I may have, the reality is that given all our separate ( and slowly expanding ) insurance needs, Statefarm was an oasis of stability in the sea of chaos that is life thus far. As much as I want to complain about the minutiae ( because, as my mom taught me, there is always something complain about ), I don't think it is fair once you take the long view of the overall experience."
